At Signacor, we process the information provided by data subjects in order to:

  • Manage and record employee working hours through our digital platform.
  • Provide technical support and customer service.
  • Send communications related to our services, provided the user has given their consent.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

The legal basis for processing your data is:

  • The execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party.
  • Compliance with legal obligations applicable to Signacor.

The personal data provided will be retained as long as the commercial relationship is maintained, unless its deletion is requested by the data subject, and for the period during which legal liabilities may arise. We will retain the data for a minimum of 4 years to comply with Spanish regulations.

Signacor has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and integrity of the personal data it processes, and to prevent its loss, alteration, and/or unauthorized access by third parties.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

Signacor reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legal or jurisprudential changes. In such cases, changes will be announced on this page with reasonable notice before their implementation.
